What an operator is allowed to see: a receipt and a request. Not a life.
Grant Park Gate defined the operator’s window. If you run a node, you deserve to know you were paid. You do not deserve a tour of the user’s day.
The gate is a policy and a set of interfaces: receipts, city requests, health. No payload inspection as a feature. No ‘just this once’ in the admin deck.
Arcanus city operators inherit this gate. Independent nodes. Encrypted tunnels. The network around you sees a city. It does not see you.
