Sycamore Strategies LLC

Atlanta-born. Built to stay in the chest.

A start-up blockchain development company focusing on privacy and FinTech protocols. Flagship product: Arcanus Network.

Founders

T. Colon and R. Colon

Two Atlantans, one studio. They did not wait for a coastal fund to explain privacy to the South.

Protocol, product, and the insistence that a receipt is not a confession.

Architecture, settlement, and the quiet work of making sealed systems actually ship.

They incorporated, hired the patience required for cryptography-adjacent product, and kept the work small enough that a protocol could still have authors. You will not find a cult of personality here. You will find the names on the formation papers, and a product that does not need you to worship them.

Between them: product judgment and systems judgment. The argument they keep having — on purpose — is whether a feature is a door or a window. Doors you choose. Windows other people look through. Sycamore prefers doors.

Entity

A Georgia limited liability company.

Formed and based in Atlanta, Georgia. That is not a tax-story footnote. It is the weather we work in.

A short history of the chest

A studio, not a slogan

Atlanta. Two founders, one LLC, and a belief that financial software had learned every trick except discretion. Sycamore Strategies was formed as a Georgia company so the work would have a legal home — and so the protocols would have people who stayed with them after the demo.

The chest, not the glass house

Public ledgers are magnificent at proof and terrible at intimacy. We spent those years on Shade, Cinderlane, and Chattahoochee Clear: how a user keeps keys, how a payment can be a receipt without becoming a biography.

From studio to protocol

The sketches became rails. Piedmont Relay. Midtown Vault. Decatur Dial. Ledgerveil. Arcanus — Latin for what is hidden, kept in the chest — stopped being a working title and became the product.

Arcanus Network, live

The studio’s first public protocol sits on Arc Mainnet. Gigabytes, minutes, sealed mail, live messenger. Sycamore still owns the company. Arcanus is the name on the door the user walks through.
